About The Event
I was so excited to facilitate my first, in-person, Wellness Workshop for Senior Citizens in 2 years since the lockdowns! I was able to touch base with Barangay Pilar in Las Pinas and was able to talk to the head of the Senior Citizens department to coordinate the event.
200 senior citizens attended the event and when we stood up to sing the Philippine National Anthem, I almost shed tears from the joy of being able to serve my fellowmen again, after all this time!
Wellness is my passion, and even more so when I share this passion to others it makes me feel wonderful - like it's my purpose for being here and being with the senior citizens touched me and helped me remember who I am and what I am here to do!
I felt alive again - and how great it is to be me!
